Commercial equipment has to land level, connected to the utilities it was specified for, and tested under a real cycle. A walk-in, a range line, or a dishmachine that is only set in place is not installed.
This is separate from a residential hookup. Access, gas, water, drains, and electrical requirements are confirmed before the equipment is committed.
